Dynamite Signs

The City of Scottsdale requires two signs for the rezoning of a property. The first one is the white "Early Notification of Project Under Consideration"/ "Neighborhood Meeting" sign. This is is required to stay up until the hearing dates at Planning Commission and City Council have been set. Then a new Red, Zoning/Public Hearing sign will take its place. The sign must then be removed after City Council has heard the case.
